To celebrate “Round Two”, we’re playing a very special gig with an extended live band at Helsinki’s Korjaamo on Saturday, November 14. It’s a Jazz Heat Bongo Beat club night so there’ll be DJs and VJs in addition to the live set.
Ricky-Tick’s Jazz Heat Bongo Beat has been operating at Helsinki venues Kuudes Linja and Kulttuuritalo, and now it’s time to take it to Korjaamo’s large room, “Vaunusali”. The event on Saturday, November 14 will feature the biggest edition of the Timo Lassy Band thus far, totalling at nine players plus the special guest vocalist Sami Pitkämö. On board are also DJs Soul-Sami from club Soul Sides and Bongo Beat resident Matti Nives, plus Tampere’s National RGB VJs. The evening will be hosted by Karri “Paleface” Miettinen from Radio Helsinki.
